hmm, so i stopped at my choral nite. but i dun feel like recounting wad happen day by day leh. ok, i shall type wad's happening recently.
on wedesday, was our last match at Youth Cup, we were competing against Bukit Panjang Government High. So early in the morning, i walked with difficulty there with that big ball bag, ya. But i was feeling victorious, cos i expected to win 2:0. Yet... things didn't work out the way i thought. it was rather depressing, to lose, i mean, who dun feel sad when they lose, but nanyang was the last in the div?, top 9 or 10? cos we lost all the other schools. [ and dun laugh when u read till here, i'm being serious]. i think our team lacks of the spirit, we are not energetic enuf, our service got problem, our spiking not deadly enuf.. well, even though we haf all these weakness, i feel we have grown up a lot after taking part in this competition. Without a coach to point out our mistakes, we had to observe our opponents and made sure we put up strong defence against their attacks. we had to strategise on our own, jia you for ourselves, train ourselves, and i want to thank my captains, wenjing and jiayin, you got us thinking positively even when we were losing, you cheered us up. and sorry, i keep snatching the setter's ball, and jing's spike. Gomenasai!Ah, Henry's so cute!!! kawaii yo!! [ crystal nods with me!] haha. yumei kept saying i took photos until very obvious. but seriously la, if you see my pics, you probably find all the spikes and blocks lor. i dun take them standing like that lor.[ or issit i dun get the chance, hmpm..] lolx. tmr, under 16 finals, think 'm gonna go watch with crys.
and Xin Min Sec lost to Ngee Ann Sec, i'm kinda surprised. but the scores wereVERY close lah. i was so excited la, shouting and screaming "Xin Min jia you!". third match, the scores were like 23:24, ngee ann. wah, then all the NYvballers were cheering like mad lor, pray that their service went wrong, but it didn't la. nvm, Xin min got the point, so the score became 24:24, but Xin Min lost the next point, 24:25, wah seh, if you were not there, you dun noe how it feels lor. it was oo.. then the game ended with a fierce spike, haiz. Xin Min lost. some fell to the ground in despair. i was so sad lor. crystal and i were hoping mad. then after Xin Min had their debrief with their coach, the Nyvballers stood from afar and shouted "Xin min jia you!" Actually i tot ji a you's quite weird, but jing said its the universal language for vball, ya so.. we said that. think the Xin Min pple were so touched, haha. i rmbed i muttered to myself 'their very good already lor', then i thought of nanyang, i almost cried la. when can we reached their standard? nevertheless, the team has decided that we do 10 push ups and 20 sit ups for every bad service, diffirent punishments for diff mistakes. overall, i feel that our team is even more united now, even with sec 3s, yeah!
and oh well, i'm in O levels. what can i say? i'm sad? not really, cos did study, first time i'm serious with my work, but the result.. i wonder if being hardworking helps, wad kind of attitude should i put up next year? i'm confused lor. someone help me, k? in my studies. haiz.. oh, and the fact that pple from ats all went to ip, [issit all? well, almost ba] makes me real sad. well, maybe i'm not all that fine, huh?
so, wad do i wished for in the future? wad i need to do?
- get nyaa bronze award done
- train hard for volleyball
- study hard and smart
- at least pass the jlpt test
- win friendy matches
well, the above were main objectives, others not mentioned are material needs? hahax.
And maybe the 1 last thing i could be glad about is i could continue with my jap! yea, and i gonna work hard, for i'm beginning to like it even more, after my experience at the japanese sec school, jap pri school summer festival. to think i get a DIPLOMA for the local immersion programme. haha, big name sia?! oh, i wish to keep in touch with the singapore exchange students[ and crys, its not only your yanliang, lolx] Ya, erm.. yall muz jia you for jap, k? if not go jap like me, chao maluating la, almost everything also speak in english..erps.
